December 7th - Carlos' birthday - Well, where do I begin? Man, what a great show last Saturday for Carlos. Again, he would have been proud of you. A great show, full of magic as you always deliver. Great to see Lenny; as always he was on fire; that guy just plays his ass off no matter what. Walfredo was terrific, I really love to watch & hear him play. Kurt Dohy was stellar. What a player he has become!!! Anyway man, I could go on & on, but just want to say THANKS for doing what you do. Great grooves to recharge my soul.

Heard Lets stay together in manila when it was released, i thought it was just a M. McDonald track. I went to the uk to work and it is here that I've found out about David Garfield. Having assembled most of my favorite "musikeros" and artists is SMASHING!!! i will always remember jeff porcaro because of what you've done

I visited two shows on Wednesday and Sunday, and I'm the man who was sitting next to you in the front row and requested Prophecy in the first show. I appreciate both your performances and kindness. David... just wanted to thank you for a wonderful show @ LaVeLee with Los Lobotomys back on Jan 20, 2005. It was a dream come true, as it was my first trip to the West Coast. Guess I just got lucky that it was during the NAMM show The music was spectacular! Your humble kindness after the late set also blew me away. Thanks again for the CD. Keep on grooving!
